From ZENOFAR we want our customers to make responsible purchases and therefore, we ask you to read all the policies carefully before placing an order.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders can be canceled within 48 hours after placing the order.

HOW DO I RETURN THE ORDER?
To return your order it is necessary that you contact us and tell us your case please contact us at: soporte@zenofar.com, and we will solve it immediately.
The refund applies only to products with factory defects or products not requested in your order or damaged products.
WHAT CONDITIONS EXIST FOR RETURNING THE ORDER?
For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in the same state in which it was received, without any sign of use, in a period of less than 14 days from the date it was delivered. The return of products for any other weighty reason is subject to the current return policy. No refund that has been processed after 14 days will be valid.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE REFUND OF THE RETURN?
The refund of the order will be made only after carrying out the analysis of the conditions of the product(s). The order may not show any signs of use, such as scratches or dirt, and must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered.
HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE RETURN?
When the return of a product is accepted, the refund and the way it is issued may vary according to the condition of the product, the time elapsed since its delivery and the way in which the purchase was made.
WHERE AND HOW ARE RETURNS SENT?
Returns will be made to our warehouses located in Asia. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. To carry out a return, write to us at soporte@zenofar.com so that we can tell you which one is appropriate for your case. Claims, returns or refunds are not accepted if the purchase was not made according to the product specifications or the methodology for size selection.
IS NATIONAL SHIPPING FREE?
The free shipping cost applies only to the initial shipment, if more changes are made the shipping costs will be borne by the customer from the second shipment so we suggest making a responsible purchase.
WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF REFUNDS THROUGH COUPONS?
Coupons generated by returns or factory defects are valid for 60 business days from the date on which they were provided.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT I WANT TO CHANGE HAS A HIGHER COST?
If the product you want to exchange has a higher price than the product of the initial purchase: You must pay the difference in the amount of the new product requested.
Shipping Costs and Fees
Shipping costs and government fees will not be reimbursed.
Responsibilities of Shipments Returned or Delivered to Another Person
It will be the customer's responsibility to enter their correct and complete data when making their purchase, as well as their exact address, which includes:
Customer Name, Email, Phone Number, Street and Number, Cologne, City, State, Postal Code.
If any information is missing, ZENOFAR will not be responsible for failures in the delivery of your order.
